This is truly a fine piece of equipment. I got the automatic oilier to go with it – one less thing to worry about. The cutters on any shredder will last much, much longer if oiled regularly – but people forget and it’s messy. Hence, I bought the automatic oilier. Fill up the reservoir once or twice a year and forget about it. The control panel broke (stupid employee was pushing on the buttons like he was driving nails) ordered and replaced myself for less than $100 bucks. Very quiet an
