The Mirage headset is stylish and unobtrusive, with a sculpted shape that fits perfectly behind either ear, eliminating the need for a headband. It is so light, you hardly know it's there. For added comfort, a receiver that swivels at a touch, rests lightly on the side of the ear. Convenient Quick Disconnect feature lets you walk away from your phone while still wearing your headset.

Pros:
Its easy to adjust and use, along with fitting on either ear with little adjustment. Once adjusted, the audio quality and volume are very good.
Cons:
The hard plastic earpiece tends to cut into the ear, making it sore with prolonged use. Many other headsets I've used have never had that problem.

The quality you get is what you pay for on this headset. The earpiece is the biggest drawback, with the hard plastic and "sharp" edge which tends to rub the ear after wearing for only a short time (30 mins is all it takes for me). I've been told by those who like it it simply takes 2-3 weeks to get used to it, however, I've used many headsets (even others by Plantronics) which have never required any kind of break-in period. I should be able to just wear it and go.
