Pros:
Easy to use and decently fast for the cost.
Cons:
Burns through rollers and a small rubber tab faster than anything I've yet seen. Also, the replacement kit for the rollers and the silly rubber tab is tough to come by. HP currently is telling me the parts are backordered with NO estimated time of

Great scanner for a while, but once you start needing to replace rollers you'll start to get frustrated. The rollers wear out quickly, and HP does a very poor job of supplying parts for this scanner. As a result you'll sometimes end up sitting with a non-functioning scanner (due to jams in the ADF because of worn rollers) for weeks at a time.
