We bought this with the duplex feeder so we could do 2-sided printing. Within a few weeks, the printer began making terrible noises and was jamming frequently. We found out a feeder roller was broken. After replacing it, the same feeder roller has broken approximately 8 times in one year. Xerox does not warrant this part and the authorized service company tried to tell us we were printing 4 times as much as its rated duty cycle of 100,000 pages/month.
