Pros:
When it works it is fast and the quality is good.
Cons:
A cheap plastic roller in the feed system breaks about once per quarter @ over $300 a service call.

The system does not live up to its duty cycle and recommended use levels. Our Xerox authorized rep said he has at least 6 customers with this same model and all have the same problem where the roller breaks with normal use. To fix it requires replacement of the fuser at $250 per shot plus the service call. We have had this printer for about 14 months and we have had to do this now 4 times. This destroys the total cost of ownership and puts you out of commission while you wait for the parts to
