I just recieved this last night. I did alot of research befored deciding on the 6120. It got great reviews and I see why. First of all the setup is unbelievably easy. The toner cartridges are pre-installed. Simply remove the packing materials and tape and add paper. Next, and this is one of the reasons I bought this model, connect an ethernet cable. Yes, this printer comes standard with ethernet connectivity. For those of you who are not sure what this is, this allows you to connect it to the
