Originally purchased because it was marketed as a medium use machine. Now marketed as light use. Shortly after warranty was over the machine broke down. GBC does not offer service on this machine. Motor fried. If you are binding papers under deadlines...this is not a machine you want to have. Constant paper clogs that threw off the punches wasted time and paper.
