The term "BubbleJet" is used by Canon to distinguish its inkjet printers and cartridges. They offer a wide range of products to suit your printing needs.
Canon sells both inkjet cartridges, or ink tanks, and print heads. In many cases, the ink cartridges will be indicated by an "i" after the model name, e.g. bci-10. Most print heads that are purchased from Canon include an ink tank. Compared to the print head, the ink is relatively inexpensive. If you need help in determining what you need, ask your supplier.
Canon's MicroFine Droplet technology is featured in many of its cartridges. The nozzle system in these inkjet cartridges is able to create droplets as small as 2 picoliters. This results in extremely clear images.
Another one of Canon's inventions is its Think Tank System. Each individual color has its own cartridge. This helps save you money and eliminate ink waste. The cartridges also feature an on-screen warning system to alert you when the ink levels are low.
